Our commitment
CMJ Consulting LLC, which operates The Food Group Verify for The Food Group, is committed to making the Service usable by everyone. We aim for conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and we consider accessibility in design and testing.
The verification page gets particular attention, because the people using it are confirming a survey response in order to receive help. It is built with plain language, real text rather than images of text, form fields with visible labels, a visible keyboard focus indicator, and color contrast that meets AA against the page background.
Where we are
We are a small team, and some areas may not yet fully conform. We prioritize fixes for barriers that block core tasks — confirming a verification link, and reviewing a record — over everything else.
Two known limitations: the verification page requires JavaScript and cannot be completed with it turned off, and the staff review tables scroll horizontally on narrow screens.
If you can't use the verification page
You do not have to use the website to be verified. Call The Food Group at 763-450-3860 or write to 8501 54th Ave. N, New Hope, MN 55428, and staff can confirm your response another way. Being unable to use the page will not cost you your place.
Reporting a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email cmjconsultingmn@gmail.com with the page or feature and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within five business days. Barriers that block someone from being verified are treated as urgent.
